In a bittersweet note, I would like to share a personal announcement. Funding from the U.S. Embassy Berlin will stop at the end of August and that, unfortunately, means that my position as project manager will also stop there as well. It has been an incredible journey, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the project development and management. It has been an absolute pleasure collaborating with such remarkable people and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the teachers and colleagues who have made this journey unforgettable.
Please rest assured that the Going Green course would continue to flourish even after my departure. While someone else will take the reins, the course’s commitment to providing outstanding resources and fostering a transatlantic community of educators dedicated to sustainability education will remain unwavering.
As I bid you farewell, I want to extend a sincere invitation to sign up for the next Going Green cycle. Please take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity to equip yourself with new teaching materials, gain access to invaluable resources and join a vibrant community of teachers.
To enroll in this course, simply visit our website and follow registration instructions. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team.
Thank you once again for your unwavering dedication and your commitment to sustainability and empowering the next generations. I wish you a continued success in all your teaching endeavors and I hope our paths may cross again in the future.
With best regards on behalf of the Teach About U.S. team,
Taieb Oussaifi
